David Liles
Founder/President/CEO


David is a true entrepreneur. He has started and run several successful companies. He brings over thirty years experience in sales and marketing to the table. His strengths include but are not limited to marketing, sales, finance, budget control, planning, controlling, and warehousing.
Liles is responsible for providing strategic direction for all Liles Oil Company Inc. operating divisions, including Power Sports, Convenience Stores, National Accounts, National Travel Teams, and Teaching Institutions. These divisions will eventually serve over 75 countries with operations that service any gasoline or diesel fueled engine consuming industry.
Liles has served in multiple leadership positions throughout his career. He has served as owner, Vice-President of new accounts, industry consultant, sales broker and has had direct reporting relationships to company owners. Liles has been recognized numerous times for coveted #1 in U.S. sales. He has been credited for reestablishing business relationships that were thought unsalvageable.
Liles is a consummate professional. His leadership abilities cut to the every core of ethical and moral business behavior. Liles leadership is the driving force behind taking his company’Äôs products to both a national and global market.

Laura L. Webster, MBA, CPA
Chief Financial Officer

Laura has worked in the telecommunications, semiconductor and oil industries over the past 20 years including multiple locations for SBC Communications, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Agere Systems, and Technical Oil Tool Company. A certified public accountant with a Masters from Rollins College, Laura has expertise in joint venture start-ups, international and domestic auditing, controllership, financial operations, analysis and reporting, budgeting and planning, internal controls and cash management. Most recently, she served as CFO of the law firm Rutledge Bradford. Beyond the U.S., she has experience in the Caribbean, Latin America, Spain and Singapore. As a CFO she brings a broad business background from inside large corporate cultures, rapid growth environments, as well as small and medium-size privately-held companies.

Jack Youngblood
Division President

After 14 years on the playing field that landed him in the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Jack continued his successful career with the Los Angles Rams in management and player personnel for 6 years. Then in 1991 through 1992 he helped lead the World League Sacramento Surge to the League Championship. Jack then continued the championship journey with the Arena League Orlando Predators as President in 1998. Captain of these Championship teams has formed his leadership and the know-how to building winning organizations is the attributes Youngblood brings to Liles Oil Company, Inc. and their customers. Youngblood graduated from the University of Florida 1971 BSBA.

Trey Early
Division President

Trey Early is responsible for the strategic direction of Liles Oil Company, Inc. with regard to the U.S. Government and other high profile accounts guiding product and service vision as well as leading the organization's growth and development in the marketing, business and corporate areas.
Early joined Federal Express Corporation in 1982. His managerial responsibilities provided him leadership positions within major market facilities in and out of the Memphis area. Early ensured total commitment to product quality and customer service within his span of control. FedEx Express was the first service company to win the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 1990.
Spanning more than two decades with FedEx Early received multiple corporate recognition awards. The awards included both individual and team recognition for outstanding results and accomplishments in spite of the operating environment. Early held increasingly difficult managerial positions within the Air Ground Freight Terminal Division, Central Support Services Division, Hub Operations Central and Eastern Region Division, Ground Operations Division, International Operations Division, Revenue Recovery Operations, Southern Region Metroplex Operations and Customer Support Service Division.
Early was raised in Jacksonville Florida. He attended the University of Memphis where he earned his B.B.A in 1984. Early has since earned his M.B.A at the University of Phoenix along with a sub specialization in Information Technology in 2001. Early served as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps from 1975-1979.

Blake Brown
Division President

Blake Brown is an engineering and manufacturing manager with over 22 years of experience including serving the last 13 years at the executive level. He started his career as an Industrial Engineer in the Tier 1 Automotive Supply Industry and quickly worked his way through the ranks of Senior Engineer, Engineering Department Manager, Plant Manager and finally, Vice-President of Operations for two different companies. Brown has a range of experience which includes companies as small as $20 million in sales revenue up to his 11 year stint with Baxter Healthcare, a $10 Billion giant.
Brown is adept at all modern manufacturing techniques to include Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Total Integrated Quality (TIQ), Just-in-Time Manufacturing (JIT) and Materials Resource Planning (MRP). He is also familiar with ISO requirements, having led a facility to full certification from scratch. Brown has also proven to be innovative, holding 2 US patents in the chemical medical device area.
Most recently, Brown held the position of Vice President of Operations for Amrep Incorporated in their Automotive Chemical Division. His responsibility included full control for the manufacturing and distribution of $60 million dollars per year of additive and maintenance chemicals.
Brown is a 1983 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Western Carolina University, with a B.S. Degree in Industrial Technology. He has held a number of engineering certifications throughout his engineering career.

Kevin Brown
Director Facility Operations

Kevin's expertise lies in managing the internal day to day infrastructure operations of physical plant assets. His experience in doing so spans in excess of 18 plus years. Most recently Brown's accomplishments placed him as Operations Manager for Highwoods Properties. This company is headquartered out of Raleigh, North Carolina. Highwoods Properties procures, builds, leases and maintains commercial office space for business clients. With a team of over 40 engineers, technicians, and associated staff support Brown managed one of the largest commercial office space teams in Central Florida. Brown started his career as Building Engineer. His accomplishments and accolades have been recognized with such companies as S.I. Goldman Mechanical Contractors, High Mechanical Contractors and Automatic Fire Sprinklers. Brown's duties and responsibilities have provided him in depth knowledge in areas such as overseeing and planning of facility construction, space development, building start-up, installation of H.V.A. C. Chilled Water Systems, Commercial Plumbing, Fire Suppression systems and Fire Sprinkler systems. He was also appointed by executive management as Lead Engineer to develop and implement crisis and catastrophic redundant systems for facilities under his supervision. Brown's positions have provided him an extensive knowledge by working closely with various municipalities, permitting, vendors and contract development. Brown's professional educational accomplishments are in the field of Vocational Electricity and Elctro-Mechanical Engineering. Brown served four years in the United States Air Force (1976-1980).
