JACK YOUNGBLOOD
Jack Youngblood, born and raised in Florida, followed his All-American senior season at the University of Florida with a long and distinguished career at defensive end for the Los Angeles Rams. A first round draft pick in 1971, he followed with an illustrious career that spanned 14 seasons. During this time, Jack was selected All-Pro five times, All-NFC seven times, and selected to the Pro Bowl seven consecutive years. Youngblood was inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame in 2001.

Jack, at 6'4", 247 pounds, was the perennial leader in sacking the quarterback - currently #4 on the all-time sack list with 150.5 sacks. Dependable and durable, he played in 201 consecutive games - a Rams record - missing just one game in his 14 seasons. His Rams played in the 1979 Super Bowl XIV against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
